General Information

  • When booking a treatment, spa access is not included unless on a package. Spa access is an additional charge and must be booked directly with us. (please email or call us to do this)
  • All treatment times are subject to change at any time before or during your Spa Day within your allocated Spa access time.
  • Lockers will be provided along with towels, robes and slippers.
  • To redeem your £10.00 retail voucher that is included with your spa package you must spend a minimum of £20.00 on a single retail product.
  • Facilities include a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, experience showers and relaxation lounges.
  • You must be a minimum of 16 years old with a responsible adult to enter the spa.
  • Light Lunch is served in the restaurant from 12:00pm - 6:00pm.
  • Afternoon Tea is served from 2:00pm - 5:30pm in the Lounge Monday-Saturday and 3:00pm-5:30pm on Sundays. If you book online a time outside of these times then we will automatically change your booking times to meet the required allocations.
  • Food is not permitted in the Spa and you must be fully dressed to enter the lounge and restaurant areas.
  • You must state any dietary requirements a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booking with us.
  • Afternoon Tea's booked less than 24 hours in advance will automatically be changed to a light lunch option. If you choose a morning session you will automatically be allocated a light lunch option.
  • You can order drinks in the Spa (please bring a valid ID with you).
  • Please note, you must make us aware prior to arrival of any medical reasons or allergies in which may affect your treatment and/or spa day.
  • We currently do not have any cancer trained therapists within the Spa and therefore would require a doctors note prior to carrying out any treatments if you are undergoing any treatment.

NAIL APPOINTMENTS Please note, if you book in for a nail appointment, you must inform us if you currently have gel/BIAB/acrylics on your nails so we can schedule in for a removal first. If you currently have gel/BIAB/acrylics nails on that have been done elsewhere, please get these removed prior to your appointment. If you fail to let us know or remove your nails that are done elsewhere this may result in us being unable to carry out your treatment due to us not having enough time to carry out a removal and re-application. You will still be charged the full amount for the initial appointment made.

EYEBROW AND EYELASH TREATMENTS If you have booked in for an eyebrow or eyelash treatment which includes tinting, please ensure you schedule a patch test with a minimum of 24 hours prior to your treatment time. Failure to do so will mean we will not be able to carry out your treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS Please make sure you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. If you think you might run late to your appointment, then please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can rearrange your treatment times. This is not always possible - if you arrive late to your reservation this can lead to treatments being cancelled and will still be charged. It is your responsibility to make sure you arrive on time.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: All spa reservations require full payment upon booking, all bookings are non-refundable. Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your reservation and we will be happy to reschedule for a later date. Please note, we will only allow you to reschedule your reservation with us once before we will take full payment for your booking. If you wish to amend your treatment choice then please provide us with 24 hours notice. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.

OFFERS Any promotion made online for discounts for bookings are for new bookings only. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer currently being advertised and we cannot refund you the difference between price points if you have got an existing booking with us prior to the new offers which have gone live since your initial booking with us. Discounts are not valid on food and drink sales.

The Spa in The Garden Loyalty Card Scheme

The Spa in the Garden (“We”) offers a loyalty card scheme (“Loyalty Card”). For every full-priced treatment purchased, you will be entitled to one stamp on your Loyalty Card. Once 5 stamps have been collected, you are entitled to a free treatment as per terms and conditions below.

By using the Loyalty Card, you accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. The scheme only applies to purchases made within The Spa in The Garden at Stratton House Hotel, Cirencester, GL7 2LE. Stamps are not collected for purchases made for room bookings, dining reservations or any other items within Stratton House Hotel.
  2. A minimum spend of £25.00 is required to receive a stamp on your loyalty card.
  3. Spa packages are not included in the Loyalty Card scheme and therefore you will not receive a stamp for any treatments you have as part of a package.
  4. Your free treatment must be taken within 3 months of obtaining your 5th stamp on the Loyalty Card.
  5. Free treatments can only be booked and taken Monday-Friday within our opening hours. Saturday and Sundays are not included. Treatments are subject to availability.
  6. Your free treatment can be a spa treatment (facial, scrub, wrap or massage) or beauty treatment (manicures, pedicures, eyebrow / eyelash treatments). Your previous treatments will determine your free treatment. If you have predominantly had beauty treatments, your free treatment can be a beauty treatment and vice versa for the spa treatments. If you have had a mix of treatments, it is the Manager’s discretion as to whether you can book a free spa or beauty treatment.
  7. The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase.
  8. The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Discounted and sale items are excluded from the Loyalty Card scheme.
  9. We reserve the right to exclude certain product lines from the Loyalty Card scheme.
  10. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Loyalty Card and/or scheme without notification.
  11. Loyalty Card stamps cannot be exchanged for cash/monetary value.
  12. The Loyalty Card remains the property of The Spa in The Garden.
  13. At the discretion of the Manager, any Loyalty Card which appears to be photocopied, counterfeit, illegible, stolen, damaged or has been tampered with, will be deemed invalid and will be retained by The Spa in The Garden.
  14. The Spa in The Garden cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of the loyalty card, or for lost or stolen loyalty cards. The Spa in the Garden is part of Stratton House Hotel & Spa.
