Our Lash Lift & Tint is the perfect low-maintenance treatment for clients who want beautifully lifted, darker, and more defined lashes without extensions. This service gently curls your natural lashes from the root, creating a wide-eyed, fresh look that lasts 6–8 weeks. The tint adds depth and richness, giving you a mascara-like finish from the moment you wake up.
Ideal for clients with straight, fair, or downward-growing lashes, a lash lift & tint enhances what you already have—leaving you feeling polished and confident every day.
Before Your Appointment
Patch test required at least 48 hours before your first treatment.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara, oils, or lash serums).
Avoid waterproof mascara for 48 hours prior.
Remove contact lenses before the appointment.
Aftercare
Keep lashes dry for 24 hours (no steam, sauna, swimming, or heavy exercise).
Avoid waterproof mascara for 48 hours.
Do not rub your eyes or sleep on your lashes.
Avoid oil-based products around the eyes to maintain results.
Brush lashes gently daily to keep them neat.

General Information
Late Arrivals
Please make sure you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. If you think you might run late to your appointment, then please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can rearrange your treatment times. This is not always possible - if you arrive late to your reservation this can lead to treatments being cancelled and will still be charged. It is your responsibility to make sure you arrive on time.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
All spa reservations require full payment upon booking, all bookings are non-refundable. Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your reservation and we will be happy to reschedule for a later date. Please note, we will only allow you to reschedule your reservation with us once before we will take full payment for your booking. If you wish to amend your treatment choice then please provide us with 24 hours notice. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
Medical Conditions and Treatment Eligibility
For your safety and to ensure the best possible outcome from your treatment, it is essential that you inform us prior to your appointment of any relevant medical conditions, ongoing treatments, or allergies that may affect your suitability for the services we provide. Failure to disclose such information in advance may result in us being unable to proceed with your treatment on the day, and may still incur applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees. If you are currently undergoing cancer treatment or have recently completed treatment, you must provide a doctor's note confirming that it is safe for you to receive the treatment you are booking. Without this, we reserve the right to refuse treatment on the day for health and safety reasons.
Your health is our priority, and this policy is in place to ensure your wellbeing during and after your visit.
Offers
Any promotion made online for discounts for bookings are for new bookings only. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer currently being advertised and we cannot refund you the difference between price points if you have got an existing booking with us prior to the new offers which have gone live since your initial booking with us. Discounts are not valid on food and drink sales. The discount is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to availability. The spa reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time without prior notice.
Blue Light Discount
A 20% discount is available Monday to Thursday only for valid Blue Light Card holders.
Nail Appointments
Please note, if you book in for a nail appointment, you must inform us if you currently have gel/BIAB/acrylics on your nails so we can schedule in for a removal first. If you currently have gel/BIAB/acrylics nails on that have been done elsewhere, please get these removed prior to your appointment. If you fail to let us know or remove your nails that are done elsewhere this may result in us being unable to carry out your treatment due to us not having enough time to carry out a removal and re-application. You will still be charged the full amount for the initial appointment made. We only carry out Gel/BIAB treatments and do not offer normal nail polish treatments.
Eyebrow and Eyelash Appointments
If you have booked in for an eyebrow or eyelash treatment which includes tinting, please ensure you schedule a patch test with a minimum of 24 hours prior to your treatment time. Failure to do so will mean we will not be able to carry out your treatment.
The Spa in The Garden Loyalty Card Scheme
The Spa in the Garden (“We”) offers a loyalty card scheme (“Loyalty Card”). For every full-priced treatment purchased, you will be entitled to one stamp on your Loyalty Card. Once 5 stamps have been collected, you are entitled to a free treatment as per terms and conditions below.
