The Outer Glow - An invigorating and refreshing all-over exfoliation treatment that leaves skin soft, revitalized and hydrated. The perfect way to begin another body treatment and an absolute must before you commence your vacation or special event. Off you glow!
Back To Life - Purifying & Balancing Back Treatment. This invigorating treat includes an exfoliation scrub, a deep cleanse with warm purifying mud followed by a stimulating massage. Leaves you energized with a back to be proud of.

My Kinda Skin Facial - Let us analyze your skin and prepare a tailored treatment just for you. Your facial includes a tailored face & décolleté massage plus a relaxing scalp massage. You will feel amazing and your skin will look so, so good.
Signature Gel Manicure - Known as the “can’t live without” OPI ProSpa Signature Manicure service. You will experience the quintessential OPI ProSpa products combined with a relaxing massage and acupressure. This signature experience puts the “Aahhh” back in Spa
Signature Gel Pedicure - Experience a new standard in pedicure services. The OPI ProSpa Signature Pedicure includes OPI ProSpa products to soak, exfoliate and smooth callused feet. The service is completed with a regimen of massage and acupressure techniques to reduce stress and relieve tension

General Information
- When booking a treatment, spa access is not included unless on a package. Spa access is an additional charge and must be booked directly with us. (please email or call us to do this)
- All treatment times are subject to change at any time before or during your Spa Day within your allocated Spa access time.
- Lockers will be provided along with towels, robes and slippers.
- Facilities include a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, experience showers and relaxation lounges.
- You must be a minimum of 16 years old with a responsible adult to enter the spa.
- Light Lunch is served in the restaurant from 12:00pm - 6:00pm.
- Afternoon Tea is served from 2:30pm - 5:30pm in the Lounge.
- Food is not permitted in the Spa and you must be fully dressed to enter the lounge and restaurant areas.
- You must state any dietary requirements a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booking with us.
- Afternoon Tea's booked less than 24 hours in advance will automatically be changed to a light lunch option.
- You can order drinks in the Spa (please bring a valid ID with you).
NAIL APPOINTMENTS Please note, if you book in for a nail appointment, you must inform us if you currently have Gel on your nails so we can schedule in for a removal first. If you fail to let us know, this may result in us being unable to carry out your treatment due to us not having enough time to carry out a removal and re-application. You will still be charged the full amount for the initial appointment made.
EYEBROW AND EYELASH TREATMENTS If you have booked in for an eyebrow or eyelash treatment which includes tinting, please ensure you schedule a patch test with a minimum of 24 hours prior to your treatment time. Failure to do so will mean we will not be able to carry out your treatment.
LATE ARRIVALS Please make sure you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. If you think you might run late to your appointment, then please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can rearrange your treatment times. This is not always possible - if you arrive late to your reservation this can lead to treatments being cancelled and will still be charged. It is your responsibility to make sure you arrive on time.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: All spa reservations require full payment upon booking, all bookings are non-refundable. Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your reservation and we will be happy to reschedule for a later date. Please note, we will only allow you to reschedule your reservation with us once before we will take full payment for your booking. If you wish to amend your treatment choice then please provide us with 24 hours notice. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
OFFERS Any promotion made online for discounts for bookings are for new bookings only. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer currently being advertised and we cannot refund you the difference between price points if you have got an existing booking with us prior to the new offers which have gone live since your initial booking with us. Discounts are not valid on food and drink sales.
